Blanton Construction just completed this Popeyes restaurant in Granite City, IL. When Blanton crews left yesterday after the completion of the landscaping and any final walk-thru items, restaurant staff training was in process. The soft opening should be sometime next week with the official Grand Opening to follow. As you travel around the country, you may have noticed that the Popeyes brand is expanding. We were delighted to be chosen to build another store for them and it appears that the next Popeyes that Blanton will have the pleasure of building will be in O’Fallon, MO on Keeton Corporate Parkway.
