We are seeking a full-time estimator with the ability to analyze drawings and specifications, understand contractual terms and conditions, the ability to assemble accurate and well-organized estimates and projects in a timely manner for Stipulated Price, Design-Build, and Construction/ Project Management formatted projects as well as provide clear, detailed quantity take-offs.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in estimating projects in the 1 million to the 25-million-dollar range, experience in estimating software, exceptional communication skills, and be a graduate of a recognized engineering, architectural, or construction management program. A minimum of 3 years of experience working in the construction field or similar related positions is also requested.
