Sometimes renovation work is smaller & doesn’t require a full “gut remodel”. The remodeling work we did in St. Louis, MO for the Center for Hearing and Speech involved moving a few walls & reconfiguring a few spaces in the lab and in the reception area, however this renovation work was relatively mild & painless to all those working in the building. Often the most difficult thing is to “decide to make the changes”, call your contractor & then let them happen. Now that the work is complete at the Center for Hearing & Speech, we’ve gotten great feedback on the changes. The interior was opened up for more daylight, bright & lightness in the space. The Receptionist’s desk area was expanded & reconfigured to give more space for paperwork in addition to additional distance from the patrons who come into the facility. Some things have certainly changed due to Covid-19 and one of them is the amount of personal space that people demand in order to “feel safe”. The hearing lab was also in need of upgrades & that received renovation work as well. Does your place of business need a “face lift’, “overhaul”. “full gut remodel”? If so, Blanton can help.
