We are close to completing a new Wendy’s project in Kirksville, MO and we are using Blanton Construction as our GC. This is the first time I’ve worked with Blanton construction on a project. I am extremely pleased with the way they have ran this project from the start till now. We are days away from turning this store over and we are doing so on schedule time. I’m actually running another Wendy’s project less than 1 hour from our Kirksville location that started almost a month earlier than our Kirksville project and Blanton has managed to come very close to catching them on turnover schedule. Their superintendent on the job always kept us informed with any delay or issues that needed attention along with running an extremely clean and neat jobsite.
