As a construction manager it is our duty to analyze the customer’s objectives and coordinate the intricate details and critical timing necessary to insure the facility meets the intended purpose and customer vision within a timely schedule and of course, on budget.

- Lindenwood Library and Academic Resources Center: This 100,000 sq ft three story, four level facility; the largest addition in the last 15 years constructed at LU. It is equipped with a unique & very special Sage Glass that is light sensing, changing color to reduce the sun’s glare, and reject heat while maintaining a view of the outdoors for the occupants. It is installed in a metal framework that is artistically shaped like the Linden trees for which the university was named. A stunning & incredibly functional architectural detail for Lindenwood University.
- 5 Dormitories: These new dormitories brought on-campus-living into the 21st century at Lindenwood. Making the most out of both the individual and shared spaces was a priority so that students have privacy when that’s what is wanted as well as large common spaces for when gatherings with a larger group of people are desired.
- Spellman Center: The Center is one of the most popular hangouts on campus. This is the home of the Dining Center, Caribou Coffee on-go, and Qdoba Mexican grill. The Spellman Center is easily recognizable for its stately clock tower.
- Evans Commons: The Evans Commons is home to the Rec Center, located on the first floor. It is a state-of-the-art fitness facility averaging more than 100,000 uses per year since opening in 2011. It has 3 indoor basketball courts, a multi-purpose gym for indoor soccer, handball and basketball, running track, cardio, weight, and assorted fitness equipment.
- Miralargo Retail Center: People are busier than ever and retail centers like this make life easier. Patrons of businesses offering personal care such as spa treatments & hair styling enjoy the convenience of parking just steps from the door for their appointment.

5 Dormitories
These new dormitories brought on-campus living into the 21st century at Lindenwood. Once upon a time this type of building on a college campus was called a dormitory. Today we refer to buildings as student residences, and that is a much more fitting name as each room and common area is outfitted fitted with amenities to make them feel warm and inviting like a home/ residence.
