The development is on 8 acres and will be comprised of two main apartment buildings, carriage houses, and swimming pool. The project is estimated to take 14 months to complete. All of the apartment features and complex amenities will be in keeping with the high standards one would expect with being located in Creve Coeur such as retail shopping, restaurant, Bocce ball court, fitness center and covered parking all in a gated community and in park like setting. The luxury apartments will feature quartz countertops, plank flooring, wine chillers, and attached garages.
