Sleek, clean, modern & minimalist are all words that describe how the owners of Mint Medical Marijuana Dispensary described how they envisioned their new space. This former Bob Evan’s restaurant received a complete transformation both inside and out. So happy that this vacant Bob Evan’s restaurant has the opportunity to “live again” as a new business in the community. If you’ve found the perfect location but wonder if the existing building can be transformed to the point where it’s no longer a former (insert whatever the previous business name here), into something wonderful & new, why not give us a call at 636-928-4444 and let us discuss how best to turn your dreams into reality. The owners of this property were so excited about #1 the location & highway visibility and #2 a solid all brick building, however they did have concerns about “if” this property could really leave it’s past behind & become something unique. We think it looks great & so do the owners.
New QuikTrip now open in St. Peters, MO
Blanton Construction has completed yet another “demo/scrape & rebuild” QuikTrip. This time, the location was in St. Peters, MO at the corner of Mid Rivers Mall Drive and Willott Rd. The old store was replaced with what is called a “small format Gen3 store”. This Gen3 has the very popular QuikTrip Kitchen along with Grab & Go cases and a “QT Roller Grill” for a quick hotdog or taquito on the run. This newly reopened location looks great and with the new/ improved hot food options, we are sure it will be even more popular than ever. We are honored to be chosen by QuikTrip repeatedly for their construction projects. They are a great company and we wish them abundant success!
Mint Medical Marijuana Dispensary nearing completion
We are thrilled to be selected to transform this former Bob Evans into a Medical Marijuana Dispensary. The BIG question the owners had was “how can we make sure this doesn’t still scream former Bob Evans restaurant”. They wanted the great, solid construction of this all brick building but feared that the red brick would be a deal breaker. Take a look and see for yourself. The outside has been completely transformed. Very soon the interior renovation will be just as astounding.
Arby’s in Dexter, MO now is now OPEN!
The town of Dexter in southern Missouri is delighted to have a brand new Arby’s! Not only will this Arby’s be serving up great food to the local residents & travelers that pass nearby, but it’s also providing some new job opportunities for residents. What a win/win that is, especially in today’s COVID-19 environment when so many businesses have experienced decline in sales & layoffs, the QSR market has not only remained strong, but has continued to grow. We are so happy to be chosen by Arby’s again as they expand their great brand.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Popeyes!
For weeks now our phone has been ringing with people asking “what is being built” on a very popular stretch of road in O’Fallon, MO. Well I think that everyone will start being able to see for themselves what Blanton is constructing as of today. It’s always exciting when the architectural drawing starts to come to life as brick & mortar reality. The photo on the left is the Popeyes that Blanton built about a year ago near the intersection of Hwy 70 & 79 in St. Peters, MO. The photo on the right is where we are now busy constructing yet another Popeyes in St. Charles County. We are delighted that Popeyes is expanding even during this Covid-19 era and we are thrilled to be helping them expand their market. Does your business need an additional location? Or does your facility need renovation or expansion of an existing space? Call us at 636-928-4444, we can help.
St. Charles Community College unveils Agriculture & Food Science Building
St. Charles Community College just unveiled the work that Blanton Construction completed a few weeks ago on the Agriculture and Food Science Building. This 11,850 square foot renovation from gymnasium into a space featuring a bakery, test kitchen, commercial kitchen and brew lab was officially dedicated by Governor Parson on August 26,2020. The building will serve both students and the community by offering traditional for credit courses along with short term training and non-credit courses. We are so pleased to have been chosen by SCC to do this renovation and be a part of bringing such a great space to both the college and the community at large.
Blanton doing scrape & rebuild on QuikTrip
First you see it, then you don’t. That’s about how quickly the old QuikTrip location at Mid Rivers Mall Drive and Williott Rd. in St. Peters, MO came tumbling down. We had to make way for the new small scale Generation 3 store that we will be building on the same location. We will also be digging out the old fuel tanks and redoing all of the ground work/ grading. When QT rebuilds a store they do if not just from ground up, but from “below the ground and up.” This truly will be an entirely new QuikTrip when we are finished. We know this QT is a popular place for people to stop as we have already had a number of concerned citizens calling asking “what happened to their QT?” Rest assure, we are in process of building a new, better and more efficient location with more food & beverage choices than ever before.
