This is the second Banfield Pet Hospital that Blanton Construction has completed in the recent months. Banfield continues to expand as the pet loving public requires more and more health services for their pet care needs and Blanton has been happy to help with that growth.

Blanton Construction is wrapping up remodeling work on the McDonalds on Richardson Rd. in Arnold, MO. New to this location are the self-order/ self-pay stations. The dining areas, service bars, customer service counters and restrooms were all completely demolished and redone. Not all McDonalds are going to feature the new self-order/ self-pay stations so if you are interested in seeing one and how they work, you’ll need to stop by this location and check it out.

We are so thrilled to be working for QuikTrip Corporation again. This time it is a scrape and rebuild location in Herculaneum, MO.

Blanton Construction is remodeling 7 McDonalds restaurants in the Metro St. Louis area. Locations include, Lake St. Louis, Richardson Rd. in Arnold, Lindell Blvd in St. Louis, Dorsett Rd in Maryland Heights, Crossroads Center in Arnold, and two stores in Illinois- one in Belleville and the other in Godfrey. In all the dining rooms and restrooms are being completely redone and in some of these locations the children’s play area is also being demolished and rebuilt. Blanton has a long history of building on time and on budget as well as understanding the importance of revenue days.and you can be assured that even if the lobby’s are closed, we are working hard with McDonalds management to make sure that the drive through windows stay open and that sales can go on despite all the upgrades being done.

It’s hard to believe that this is the same building when you first see the photos. To the left is before, very dated, dark and closed in and the remodeled version on the right side is now very modern, bright, light and open. What a difference a few weeks, the right plan and the right construction company can make! The congregation at San Francisco Temple was so pleased with the work that Blanton had done for them last year in their sanctuary that they again selected us for this entrance work and also the remodeling of all of the restrooms in the facility along with the corridors. This is a major upgrade to the church facilities and it will be enjoyed for years to come. Chances are there are big changes coming to a McDonalds near you. Blanton Construction has begun remodeling work on McDonalds Missouri locations in Arnold, Lake St. Louis and Maryland Heights and one location in Belleville, IL. Depending on the store, changes could come in the form of remodeled dining rooms, exteriors and play areas. In addition, some franchise stores will be experiencing changes in how you order food, the kind of food and beverages you can order and even how the food gets to you. McDonalds is remodeling and expanding the presence of self-order kiosks as the chain tries to appeal to the younger, more technically savvy customer. There are also new developments in food delivery as well. This iconic fast food chain that practically invented the drive thru and fast food as Americans know it, is changing to meet the times and needs of its digital age clientele. The new age demands a new approach; mobile ordering and payment through the McDonald’s app. “Customers can personalize their order while skipping the drive-thru and instead choosing curbside delivery”, according to a company press release. We at Blanton Construction are excited to be part of these upgrades at McDonalds and will keep you posted on when to expect these changes to be delivered.

Look at how great the new main entrance into the San Francisco Temple in St. Louis looks since the remodeling by Blanton Construction began. Several areas of the church were remodeled but this one is evident from the moment you step in the doors. The area is so much bigger and brighter after this remodeling. This is the third church that Blanton has remodeled in the past six months.
